Nature Makes People Feel Good

Nature makes people feel good. Essentially, we are natural beings. A walk on the beach relaxes us, a run in the park energizes us, while a hike in the forest gives us a sense of achievement. A view out of the window gives us a sense of time. Getting a breath of fresh air makes us feel more alive. Seeing daylight and having the sun touch our skin even for a bit awaken our senses. Biophilia is our affinity for nature. It is among the many things that all humans have in common.
